To improve user experience and facilitate greater efficiency in the supply chain, personal protective equipment (PPE) and workwear specialist Supertouch has launched its new website.
Placing customer experience at the heart of its design, the new site incorporates a number of new features, such as being able to view live stock levels, to facilitate a more efficient purchasing process. This is underpinned by the introduction of a CSV quick order function, which allows distributors to build up an order on a local desktop, then simply drag and drop the file into the website to automatically fill the basket.

Easier self-service account management forms a significant part of the new design, with customers able to view invoices and make payments through the site. There is also greater visibility of items on backorder, and quick access to historical orders, making it much easier for users to manage their businesses.
Customers ordering through Supertouch’s new website will also benefit from proof of delivery (PoD) and the ability to track orders, providing greater transparency over the delivery of PPE. They will be able to securely save the addresses of end users to their account, facilitating quicker checkout for drop ship items.
