Clear Safety – the safety and compliance management specialist – has been appointed by Metropolitan Thames Valley to provide dedicated consultancy support to manage the housing association’s fire safety programme. 

Metropolitan Thames Valley (formerly Metropolitan) is partnered with Thames Valley Housing and provides housing at different levels of affordability for people living in the London, South East, East Midland and East of England areas, and is a member of G15 which represents London’s 15 largest housing associations.

The brief to Clear is to manage the quality of the assessment regime, advise on the prioritisation of remedial works, assist with fire alarm maintenance, installation & removal,  advise on complex fire safety issues and ultimately maintain the housing association’s commitment to fire safety excellence. Clear’s highly experience fire safety team will work with each contractor to ensure all specified works are completed in line with best industry practice, on time and on budget.
