Lancashire-based technology and waste specialist firm, Envirovue, is celebrating another year achieving extremely high employee satisfaction – increasing from 97 percent last year, to 98 percent employee satisfaction.

The business, which supports specialist companies to sustainably manage and reduce waste, has continued to grow over the last 12 months, expanding both its team and client base across the UK.

After welcoming 13 new members of staff and forecasting a 100 percent growth for the fifth consecutive year, the team enjoyed a trip to HoverForce in Cheshire to celebrate the positive year.

The results from Envirovue’s latest employee survey also highlighted strong engagement across the team, with 100 percent of staff saying they are proud to work at the Rossendale business and 96 percent reporting they enjoy going to work.

Meanwhile, 100 percent see themselves developing a career within the business for at least the next two years and all members of staff would recommend Envirovue as a great place to work.Envirovue celebrates 98 percent employee satisfaction

Operations Manager at the tech-enabled waste specialist firm, Emma Cooke, said: “As the business continues to grow, maintaining a positive and supportive culture remains hugely important to us. We’ve worked hard to build an environment where people feel valued, trusted and able to develop professionally, so it’s fantastic to see that reflected in the survey results.

“We’ve welcomed new people into the team over the last year and continued to expand the business at pace, but it’s important that growth is managed efficiently and we’re committed to creating opportunities for the team to connect outside of work.”

Based in Hardmans Business Centre in Rossendale, Envirovue supports organisations to improve waste management processes through its in-house software and compliance expertise, without spiking costs.

Alex Trenbath, Director at Envirovue, added: “The growth we’ve experienced over the last year reflects the increasing demand for smarter, technology-led approaches to waste management. Businesses are under growing pressure to improve visibility, strengthen compliance and reduce environmental impact, and we’ve invested heavily in developing solutions that help them achieve that.

“As we continue to scale, our focus remains on combining innovation with expertise, growing the team, investing in our technology and building long-term partnerships with organisations looking to improve sustainability and operational efficiency.”
